Private by Default: Why HR Never Sees Your Practice

What HR sees
Once a month, HR receives an anonymized rollup: total sessions across the org, total unique active users, and category-level engagement (e.g. "Crystal Bowl Meditations were the most-played category this month").
What HR does not see
- Individual identity is never joined to individual sessions. Not in our database. Not in our reports.
- No names, no emails, no timestamps are ever attached to which meditations someone listens to in the HR-facing view.
- If you upgrade to Full Access on your own, that content is treated as personal — your company logo is stripped and the sessions are not counted in company reporting.
Why we built it this way
Employees will not use a mental-wellness tool they think their manager can watch. Trust is the entire product. So we designed the data model to make privacy the default state, not a promise.
