About A Personal Moment™

What is A Personal Moment™?

A Personal Moment™ is a short-form guided meditation and sound-therapy app designed for the office day. Sessions run from five to fifteen minutes and cover everything from resetting between meetings to deeper practices like binaural beats and crystal bowl meditations.

Who is it for?

Individual professionals looking for a quick calm-down between meetings, and HR / people teams who want to offer a private, corporate-safe wellness benefit that respects employee privacy.

Do I need any prior meditation experience?

No. All our starter meditations are designed to work on the first try. If you have never meditated before, start with the Reset meditation — it is one of our four permanently free Pillar Meditations, alongside Unwind, Restore, and Focus.

What can I use for free?

Our four Pillar Meditations — Reset, Unwind, Restore, and Focus — are free permanently, not a limited trial. Beyond those, you get four complimentary plays of any meditation in the full library; a paid membership is required at the fifth play attempt, but the four Pillar Meditations always remain free.

Privacy

Can my employer see what meditations I listen to?

No. Corporate reporting is aggregate-only. Your employer sees total sessions and category-level engagement across the whole company — never individual usage. Your use of the four free Pillar Meditations isn't reported at all — reporting exists only for paid corporate seats. Read our full Employee Privacy Commitment for the specifics.

What data do you actually collect?

Session counts, category-level engagement, and any account details you choose to provide. We do not sell your data, we do not track you across the web, and we do not join individual sessions to identifying information in HR-facing reports.

What happens if I upgrade to Full Access on my own?

Full Access content is treated as personal. Your company logo is stripped from those sessions and they are not included in company reporting.

Meditations & content

How long are the meditations?

Most sessions run between three and fifteen minutes. A few longer sessions run up to sixty minutes for deeper practices.

Do I need headphones for binaural beats?

Yes. Binaural beats rely on stereo separation — each ear must receive a slightly different frequency. Speakers will not produce the effect. Please do not use binaural sessions while driving or operating machinery.

What is the difference between Guided Crystal Bowl Meditations and Binaural / Productivity?

Guided Crystal Bowl Meditations pair a spoken guide with layered crystal singing bowls for a calming, immersive experience. Binaural / Productivity uses precise stereo frequency pairs (alpha, beta, gamma) to nudge your brain into focus or relaxed states — great for deep work.

Is new content added regularly?

Yes. At minimum one new meditation is added every week across the existing categories — Guided, Crystal Bowl, Binaural / Productivity, and Instrumentals. Guided, Binaural / Productivity, and Instrumentals are each grouped by length — 5, 20, and 60 minutes — so you can pick a session that fits the time you have. Chakra, Psychic Growth, and Spiritual Growth are separate categories available with Full Access, and sit outside the corporate library.

Billing & access

How much does it cost?

Trial meditations are free. Individual Full Access is $9.99 per month, $59.95 per year, or $149.95 one-time for lifetime access. If your employer sponsors the app, they cover the base tier and you pay a discounted delta for Full Access — if any.

How much does a team plan cost?

Team plans are billed once per year, per employee: $66 for 6-50 employees, $42 for 51-100, $30 for 101-300, $21 for 301-1,000, and $15 for 1,001+. Plans start at six seats — groups of one to five are covered by individual plans.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel Full Access at any time from your Account page. Access remains active through the end of the current billing period.
